VODENICAROV v. THE SLOVAK REPUBLIC
Insofar as the applicant complains against the co-operative, the Commission recalls that under Article 25 (Art. 25) of the Convention, it may only receive an application from a person, non-governmental organisation or group of individuals where the applicant alleges a violation by one of the Contracting Parties of the rights and freedoms set out in the Convention (cf. No. 12327/86, Dec. 11.10.88, D.R. 58, p. 85).
