Schießbefehl
Auszug aus EGMR, 01.02.2005 - 47579/99
The Court recalls that it is not its task to deal with errors of fact or law allegedly committed by a national court unless and in so far as they may have infringed rights and freedoms protected by the Convention (see Streletz, Kessler and Krenz v. Germany [GC], nos. 34044/96, 35532/97 and 44801/98, § 49, ECHR 2001-II, and Kyriakides v. Cyprus (dec.), no. 53059/99, 11 December 2001). - EGMR, 28.09.1999 - 22479/93
ÖZTÜRK v. TURKEY
Auszug aus EGMR, 01.02.2005 - 47579/99
It suffices to note that by lodging a petition with the Supreme Court of Cassation the applicant set in motion a procedure which, in the present case, proved to be effective (see, mutatis mutandis, Öztürk v. Turkey [GC], no. 22479/93, §§ 45 and 46, ECHR 1999-VI). - EGMR, 11.12.2001 - 53059/99
