Rechtssache X. ./. Österreich, Individualbeschwerde Nr. 8278/78, Kommissionsentscheidung vom 13. Dezember 1979, DR 18, S. 156, Rechtssache A. B. ./. die Schweiz , Individualbeschwerde Nr. 20872/92, Kommissionsentscheidung vom 22. Februar 1995, DR 80-B, S. 70, und entsprechend Rechtssache Herczegfalvy ./. Österreich , Urteil vom 24. September 1992, Serie A, Bd. 244, S. 26, Nr. 86). - EGMR, 21.06.2011 - 30194/09
SHIMOVOLOS v. RUSSIA
Article 5 of the Convention may apply to deprivations of liberty of even of a very short length (see Gillan and Quinton v. the United Kingdom, no. 4158/05, § 57, ECHR 2010-... (extracts), where the applicants were stopped for a search which did not exceed 30 minutes; see also X. v. Austria, no. 8278/78, Commission decision of 3 December 1979; and Iliya Stefanov v. Bulgaria, no. 65755/01, § 71, 22 May 2008). - EGMR, 22.07.2003 - 24209/94
Y.F. c. TURQUIE

ATUDOREI v. ROMANIA
Thus, compulsory medical treatment, even if it is of minor importance, constitutes an interference with that right (see X v. Austria, no. 8278/78, Commission decision of 13 December 1979, Decisions and Reports (DR) 18, and Acmanne and Others v. Belgium, no. 10435/83, Commission decision of 10 December 1984, DR 40). - EGMR, 20.06.2013 - 73455/11

Austria, no. 8278/78, Commission decision of 3 December 1979; Iliya Stefanov v. Bulgaria, no. 65755/01, § 71, 22 May 2008 and Creanga v. Also, a compulsory medical intervention, even if it is of minor importance, constitutes an interference with the right to respect for a person's private life (see X v. Austria, no. 8278/78, Commission decision of 13 December 1979, Decisions and Reports (DR) 18, p. 155; Acmanne and Others v. Belgium, no. 10435/83, Commission decision of 10 December 1984, (DR) 40, p. 254; and Y.F. v. Turkey, no. 24209/94, § 33, ECHR 2003-IX). - EGMR, 15.01.2015 - 58040/08
LOLAYEV v. RUSSIA
Article 5 of the Convention may apply to deprivations of liberty of even a very short length (see Gillan and Quinton v. the United Kingdom, no. 4158/05, § 57, ECHR 2010 (extracts); X. v. Austria, no. 8278/78, Commission decision of 3 December 1979; Iliya Stefanov v. Bulgaria, no. 65755/01, § 71, 22 May 2008; and Creanga v. BENDERSKIY c. UKRAINE
Turquie, no 24209/94, § 33, CEDH 2003-IX; no 8278/78, déc. 13.12.79, D.R. 18, p. 154 ; no 10435/83, déc. 10.12.84, D.R. 40, p. 251 ; no 22398/93, déc. 5.4.95, D.R. 81, p. 61). - EGMR, 12.10.2021 - 35402/14
R.D. ET I.M.D. c. ROUMANIE
Pologne, no 30218/96, 3 décembre 2002, et Beiere c. Lettonie, no 30954/05, 29 novembre 2011). - EKMR, 06.04.1994 - 21132/93
