Il ressort des éléments contenus dans le dossier que les procédures pénales engagées à l'encontre des requérants sont toujours en cours devant les juridictions nationales à l'exception des requérants des requêtes nos 46495/13 et 46423/13 pour lesquels la condamnation devint définitive par l'arrêt du 17 mai 2017 rendu par la Cour de cassation.Les requérants des requêtes nos 46472/13, 46483/13 et 46497/13 n'ont présenté aucune demande au titre des frais et dépens.
a) que l'État défendeur doit verser à chacun des requérants, à l'exception de ceux des requêtes nos 46472/13, 46483/13 et 46497/13, dans les trois mois, 250 EUR (deux cents cinquante euros), plus tout montant pouvant être dû par les requérants à titre d'impôt, pour frais et dépens, à convertir dans la monnaie de l'État défendeur au taux applicable à la date du règlement ;.
