That said, having regard to the facts of the case and in the light of all the material in its possession, as well as its findings under Article 6 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention, the Court considers that the complaints are admissible but that there is no need to give a separate ruling on them (see, Centre for Legal Resources on behalf of Valentin Câmpeanu v.
