Under these circumstances, the Court sees no reasons to depart from its conclusions in other cases concerning Dublin transfers to Italy of persons who were not critically ill, but required medical treatment for HIV (see A.T.H. v. the Netherlands (dec.), no. 54000/11, §§ 38 and 40, 17 November 2015), post-traumatic stress disorder or depression (see A.M. v. Switzerland (dec.), no. 37466/13, §§ 6, 20-21, 3 November 2015).
