The Court observes that the Court of Appeal did not simply reduce the market value as estimated by the court-appointed experts without explanation but provided specific reasoning, which does not appear to be manifestly arbitrary, on why it chose not to rely on the experts' valuations (see, in contrast, and mutatis mutandis, Kutlu and Others v.
