A.S. v. SWITZERLAND
Auszug aus EGMR, 03.11.2015 - 37466/13
In a more recent judgment (A.S. v. Switzerland, no. 39350/13, 30 June 2015) the Court examined the case of another Syrian national to be removed from Switzerland to Italy under the Dublin Regulation and also suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and back pain. - EGMR, 24.06.2014 - 17200/11
S.B. v. FINLAND
Auszug aus EGMR, 03.11.2015 - 37466/13
In a subsequent case, concerning the removal of a Moroccan national from Finland to Morocco (S.B. v. Finland (dec.), no. 17200/11, § 36, 24 June 2014) the Court found that mental health care was available in Morocco, that treatment for depression as well as for anxiety disorders was in general available in outpatient and inpatient clinics and that the applicant also had access to the anti-depressant medication which had been prescribed for her.

36. As to the second applicant, the Court recalls that it has already concluded that the transfer from Switzerland to Italy of adult asylum seekers, including those requiring medical treatment but who are not critically ill, would not give rise to a violation of Article 3 of the Convention (A.S. v. Switzerland, no. 39350/13, § 38, 30 June 2015; A.M. v. Switzerland (dec), no. 37466/13, § 20, 3 November 2015). - EGMR, 15.05.2018 - 67981/16
H AND OTHERS v. SWITZERLAND
Under these circumstances, the Court sees no reasons to depart from its conclusions in other cases concerning Dublin transfers to Italy of persons who were not critically ill, but required medical treatment for HIV (see A.T.H. v. the Netherlands (dec.), no. 54000/11, §§ 38 and 40, 17 November 2015), post-traumatic stress disorder or depression (see A.M. v. Switzerland (dec.), no. 37466/13, §§ 6, 20-21, 3 November 2015). - EGMR, 18.10.2016 - 26456/14
M.G. AND E.T. v. SWITZERLAND
Lastly, in similar previous cases, the Court has consistently held that the asylum system in Switzerland is in conformity with the requirements of Article 13 (see, as recent examples, Tarakhel, cited above, §§ 123-132; and A.M. v. Switzerland (dec.), no. 37466/13, §§ 27-30, 3 November 2015).
