JOSEF MÜLLER AG v. SWITZERLAND
With reference to the case of P. v. Switzerland (Application No. 9299/81, Dec. 13.3.84, D.R. 36 p. 20) they contend that the applicant company was already aware of the essential elements of the decision of the Federal Court of 19 December 1988 when its operative part was served on the applicant company. Moreover, as in the case of P. v. Switzerland, which also concerned the length of proceedings (see No. 9299/81, ibid.), the Federal Court was, in the present case, confronted with a complaint invoking a provision of the Convention.
