PÉLISSIER AND SASSI v. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.12.2010 - 20792/05
The Court observes that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case; the conduct of the applicant; and the conduct of the relevant authorities (see, among many other authorities, Pélissier and Sassi v. France [GC], no. 25444/94, § 67, ECHR 1999-II).

FLORIN-IOAN NISTOR ET ADRIAN MARCEL NISTOR c. ROUMANIE
Le Gouvernement n'a non plus allégué que la Haute Cour ait entendu en audience publique les arguments des intéressés sur la requalification (a contrario, Dallos c. Hongrie, no 29082/95, § 50, CEDH 2001-II ; Sipavicius c. Lituanie, no 49093/99, § 31, 21 février 2002 ; et Zhupnik c. Ukraine, no 20792/05, § 40, 9 décembre 2010).
