M.R. c. SUISSE
La Cour s'est par la suite référée à l'affaire Abdolkhani et Karimnia, précitée, pour constater une violation de l'article 3 de la Convention dans le cadre de l'affaire Keshmiri c. Turquie (no 36370/08, § 26, 13 avril 2010), qui concernait également des anciens membres avérés de l'OMPI et dont les risques de persécution en cas d'expulsion vers l'Iran n'avaient jamais été examinés par les autorités nationales.
