PÉLISSIER AND SASSI v. FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 23.09.2010 - 24490/03
The Court reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the applicant's conduct and the conduct of the competent authorities (see, among many other authorities, Pélissier and Sassi v. France [GC], no. 25444/94, § 67, ECHR 1999-II). - EGMR, 04.03.2003 - 63486/00
POSOKHOV c. RUSSIE
Auszug aus EGMR, 23.09.2010 - 24490/03
The Court reiterates that the phrase "established by law" covers not only the legal basis for the very existence of a "tribunal" but also the composition of the bench in each case (see Buscarini v. San Marino (dec.), no. 31657/96, 4 May 2000; and Posokhov v. Russia, no. 63486/00, § 39, ECHR 2003-IV). - EGMR, 04.05.2000 - 31657/96
