To the extent that the applicant complains about the decision to expel him from the Slovak Republic, the Commission recalls that the Convention does not guarantee, as such, a right for an alien to reside in a particular country or not to be expelled therefrom, and the Commission has before it no information that would indicate that the applicant's expulsion would adversely affect the enjoyment of any of his rights under the Convention (see, mutatis mutandis, Eur. Court HR, Soering v. the United Kingdom judgment of 7 July 1989, Series A no. 161, p. 33, para. 85; No. 19066/91, Dec. 5.4.94, D.R. 74, p. 179),.
