Bulgaria (no. 17241/06, § 22, 2 September 2010) the Court specified that where the applicants had not duly sought compensation bonds, the six-month period started to run after the expiry of the two-month time-limit to do so, as provided for under domestic law, because after that there were no relevant developments which could lead to any form of compensation.
