Die Beschlüsse des OLG Saarbrücken vom 28. August 2019 (Ss RS 26/2019 (46/19 OWi) -, juris) und vom 3. September 2019 (Ss Rs 34/2019 (43/19 OWi -, juris) erfolgten vor dem Hintergrund der sich für das OLG Saarbrücken - im Unterschied zum Senat - aus § 10 Abs. 1 VerfGHG ergebenden Bindung an die vorgenannte Entscheidung des saarländischen Verfassungsgerichtshofs und gebieten für die vorliegende Konstellation gleichfalls keine Divergenzvorlage (vgl. dazu OLG Hamm, Beschluss vom 13. Januar 2020 - III-1 RBs 255/19 -, juris).
