Auszug aus EGMR, 25.01.2007 - 21823/03
The Court has frequently found violations of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention and Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 in cases raising issues similar to the ones in the present case (see, Burdov v. Russia, no. 59498/00, ECHR 2002-III, Reynbakh v. Russia, no. 23405/03, 29 September 2005).

TIMOFEYEV ET POSTUPKIN c. RUSSIE
Russie (déc.), no 47033/99, 22 juin 1999, Denisov c. Russie (déc.), no 21823/03, 21 janvier 2007, et Martynets c. Russie (déc.), no 29612/09, 5 novembre 2009). - EGMR, 20.02.2018 - 42021/13
YELISEYEVY c. RUSSIE
Russie (déc.), no 47033/99, 22 juin 1999, Denisov c. Russie (déc.), no 21823/03, 21 janvier 2007, et Martynets c. Russie (déc.), no 29612/09, 5 novembre 2009). - EGMR, 05.11.2009 - 29612/09
MARTYNETS v. RUSSIA
- EGMR, 31.07.2007 - 19134/05
BOLYUKH v. RUSSIA
Having regard to its case-law on the subject (see Burdov v. Russia, no. 59498/00, ECHR 2002-III; and, more recently, Reynbakh v. Russia, no. 23405/03, 29 September 2005, and Denisov v. Russia, no. 21823/03, 25 January 2007), the Court finds that by failing for a substantial period to comply with the judgment in the applicant's favour, the domestic authorities violated her right to a court and prevented her from receiving the money she was entitled to receive. - EGMR, 26.07.2007 - 3519/05
SIDORENKO v. RUSSIA
Having regard to its case-law on the subject (see Burdov v. Russia, no. 59498/00, ECHR 2002-III; and, more recently, Reynbakh v. Russia, no. 23405/03, 29 September 2005, Denisov v. Russia, no. 21823/03, 25 January 2007), the Court finds that by failing for a substantial period to comply with the judgment in the applicant's favour, the domestic authorities violated his right to a court and prevented him from receiving the money he was entitled to receive.
