REYNBAKH v. RUSSIA
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.10.2008 - 9224/06
The Court considers that the most appropriate form of redress in respect of a violation of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 is to ensure the applicant's repossession of her flat (see, mutatis mutandis, Reynbakh v. Russia, no. 23405/03, §§ 34-35, 29 September 2005, and Lukavica v. Croatia, no. 39810/04, § 48, 5 July 2007). - EGMR, 05.07.2007 - 39810/04
LUKAVICA v. CROATIA
- EGMR, 27.06.2000 - 30979/96
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.10.2008 - 9224/06
The Court reiterates that the reasonableness of the length of proceedings must be assessed in the light of the circumstances of the case and with reference to the following criteria: the complexity of the case, the conduct of the applicants and the relevant authorities and what was at stake for the applicants in the dispute (see, among many other authorities, Frydlender v. France [GC], no. 30979/96, § 43, ECHR 2000-VII).

IMMOBILIARE SAFFI v. ITALY
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.10.2008 - 9224/06
Therefore, the interference complained of constituted a control of use of property within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (see, mutatis mutandis, Immobiliare Saffi v. Italy [GC], no. 22774/93, § 46 and 48, ECHR 1999-V, and Scollo v. Italy, judgment of 28 September 1995, Series A no. 315-C, p. 52, § 27). - EGMR, 04.07.2002 - 20862/02
SLAVICEK contre la CROATIE
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.10.2008 - 9224/06
The Court reiterates that as of 20 March 2002 an effective domestic remedy in respect of the length of pending civil proceedings has been introduced in Croatia: a constitutional complaint to the Constitutional Court (see Slavicek v. Croatia (dec.), no. 20862/02, ECHR 2002-VII). - EGMR, 24.10.2006 - 35670/03
SARATLIC v. CROATIA
Auszug aus EGMR, 09.10.2008 - 9224/06
Furthermore, the system which allows occupiers to remain in the abandoned property before they have been provided with adequate housing is not in itself in contradiction with the guarantees contained in Article 1 of Protocol No. 1, provided that it ensures sufficient safeguards for the protection of the applicant's property rights (see, mutatis mutandis, Saratlic v. Croatia, (dec.) no. 35670/03, 24 October 2006).
- EGMR, 18.03.2021 - 49001/14
DABIC v. CROATIA
The Court notes that it had already dealt with a number of cases concerning the effects of the Sequestration Act (see, notably, Radanović v. Croatia, no. 9056/02, 21 December 2006; Kunić v. Croatia, no. 22344/02, 11 January 2007, and Brajović-Bratanović v. Croatia, no. 9224/06, 9 October 2008). - EGMR, 04.07.2018 - 9056/02
RADANOVIC AGAINST CROATIA AND 4 OTHER CASES
9224/06. - EGMR, 11.02.2010 - 17656/07
[ENG]
The Court sees no reason to hold otherwise as it has frequently found violations of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in cases raising similar issues as the present one (see, for example, Skokandic v. Croatia, no. 43714/02, 31 July 2007; Balen v. Croatia, no. 43429/05, 25 October 2007; and Brajovic-Bratanovic v. Croatia, no. 9224/06, 9 October 2008). - EGMR, 22.04.2010 - 40033/07

VILIC v. CROATIA
In situations comparable to that of the applicants, the Court has already found violations of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 to the Convention (see Kunić v. Croatia, no. 22344/02, 11 January 2007; Radanović v. Croatia, no. 9056/02, 21 December 2006; Brajović-Bratanović v. Croatia, no. 9224/06, October 2008; and Vučak v. Croatia, no. 889/06, 23 October 2008) on the following grounds (Radanović, §§ 49 and 50):.
