  20 Thirdly, the legal aid of EUR 4 000 initially granted by order of the President of the Sixth Chamber of the Court of 28 April 2009 (order in Jones and Fforch-Y-Garon Coal v Commission, T-320/07, EU:T:2009:55) in favour of Mr Glen Jones and Ms Daphne Jones was increased by EUR 2 000, by order of the President of the Fourth Chamber of the Court of 10 March 2011 (order in Jones and Fforch-Y-Garon Coal v Commission, T-320/07, EU:T:2011:82), having regard to the additional work resulting from the need of the applicants to answer 'a series of complex legal and factual questions' asked by the Court in order to issue a ruling on the case.
