Auszug aus EGMR, 01.12.2005 - 67215/01

Turkey, judgment of 8 June 1995, Series A no. 319, p. 20, § 59). - EGMR, 19.03.1997 - 20416/92

Turkey [GC], no. 22227/93, § 61, ECHR 2001-I) the Court points out that the applicant was represented by a lawyer in the course of the criminal proceedings against him.
