The Court would not exclude the possibility that in a particular case a close relative may have a moral interest in vindicating a deceased person's right to reputation provided that the attack on reputation attained a certain level of gravity and caused prejudice to personal enjoyment of the right to respect for private life of the close relative (see Armoniene v.
