SANLES SANLES contre l'ESPAGNE
Espagne (déc.), no 48335/99, CEDH 2000-XI).

Polizeiliche Tatprovokation (Begriff: mittelbare Tatprovokation - Bestimmtsein …
In Makri und andere./. Griechenland (Entsch.), Individualbeschwerde Nr. 5977/03, 24.
Grèce (déc.), no 5977/03, 24 mars 2005).Similarly in Georgia Makri and Others v. Greece ((dec.), no. 5977/03, 24 March 2005), the Court also held that relatives of a deceased person could not be considered as victims for complaints concerning the length of proceedings (Article 6) and lack of effective of remedies (Article 13).

Micallef ./. Malta

- EGMR, 29.07.2010 - 8549/06

In these circumstances, the Court may admittedly have difficulties in finding that the applicant's relatives were affected by the quashing and accepts that the legal certainty complaint under Article 6 in the context of the supervisory-review proceedings, if raised separately, might not be automatically considered transferable (compare, mutatis mutandis, Stankevich, cited above; Gorodnichev v. Russia (dec.), no. 32275/03, 15 November 2007; Biç and Others, cited above, § 22; and Georgia Makri and Others v. Greece (dec.), no. 5977/03, 24 March 2005). - EGMR, 25.11.2014 - 45520/04
LARIONOVS AND TESS v. LATVIA
While the Court had accepted that heirs or close family members could continue an application on behalf of a deceased applicant, the length of the criminal proceedings was an issue so closely and personally linked to the applicants that their next-of-kin had insufficient legal interest to continue the case on their behalf (Nölkenbockhoff and Bergemann v. the Federal Republic of Germany, no. 10300/83, Commission decision of 12 December 1984, Decisions and Reports (DR) 40, p.180; Makri and Others v. Greece (dec.), no. 5977/03, 24 March 2005; and Biç and Others v. Turkey, no. 55955/00, 2 February 2006). - EGMR, 12.04.2012 - 18851/07
[FRE]
Allemagne, 25 août 1987, § 33, série A no 123, Fairfield c. Royaume-Uni (déc.), no 24790/04, CEDH 2005-..., et Georgia Makri et autres c. Grèce (déc.), no 5977/03, 24 mars 2005). - EGMR, 27.09.2011 - 46336/09
ASSOCIACAO DE INVESTIDORES DO HOTEL APARTAMENTO NEPTUNO ET 220 AUTRES c. PORTUGAL
Royaume-Uni (déc.), no 24790/04, CEDH 2005-VI ; Georgia Makri et autres c. Grèce (déc.), no 5977/03, 24 mars 2005). - EGMR, 21.01.2021 - 54916/16
TRIVKANOVIC v. CROATIA (NO. 2)
Moreover, under the Court's case law (the Government referred to Georgia Makri and Others v. Greece (dec.), no. 5977/03, 24 March 2005, and Biç and Others v. Turkey, no. 55955/00, 2 February 2006) the relatives of the deceased person could not be considered victims in relation to his or her complaints under Article 6 of the Convention. - EGMR, 17.01.2012 - 30385/07

Similar decisions had been given in the past by the Convention organs (see, for example, Georgia Makri and Others v. Greece (dec.), no. 5977/03, 24 March 2005; and Nölkenbockhoff and Bergmann v. the Federal Republic of Germany, no. 10300/89, Commission decision of 12 December 1984, DR 40, p. 9). - EGMR, 11.07.2013 - 45830/08
