JAMES ET AUTRES c. ROYAUME-UNI
Royaume-Uni, arrêt du 21 février 1986, série A no 98, pp. 29-30, § 37). - EGMR, 08.07.1986 - 9006/80
LITHGOW AND OTHERS v. THE UNITED KINGDOM
Royaume-Uni, 8 juillet 1986, série A no 102, pp. 44-45, § 121). - EKMR, 16.12.1974 - 5849/72
MÜLLER v. AUSTRIA

Pologne (déc.), no 34610/97, CEDH 1999-V). - EGMR, 01.06.1999 - 39860/98
SKORKIEWICZ v. POLAND
Pologne (déc.), no 39860/98, 1er juin 1999). - EGMR, 27.04.1999 - 40832/98
BELLET, HUERTAS ET VIALATTE contre la FRANCE
Auszug aus EGMR, 12.10.2004 - 60669/00

Florescu u.a.
- EGMR, 19.04.2007 - 63235/00
VILHO ESKELINEN AND OTHERS v. FINLAND
The Court notes that there is no right under the Convention to continue to be paid a salary of a particular amount (see, mutatis mutandis, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX). - EGMR, 14.02.2012 - 17972/07
ARRAS AND OTHERS v. ITALY
Indeed, according to the Court's case-law, even assuming that Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 guarantees benefits to persons who have contributed to a social insurance system, it cannot be interpreted as entitling that person to a pension of a particular amount (Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX).Nor does it guarantee, as such, any right to a pension of a particular amount (see, for example, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX; Domalewski v. Poland (dec.), no. 34610/97, ECHR 1999-V; and Jankovic v. Croatia (dec.), no. 43440/98, ECHR 2000-X).
- EGMR, 15.04.2014 - 21838/10
STEFANETTI AND OTHERS v. ITALY
Nor does it guarantee, as such, any right to a pension of a particular amount (see, for example, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX; Domalewski v. Poland (dec.), no. 34610/97, ECHR 1999-V; Jankovic v. Croatia (dec.), no. 43440/98, ECHR 2000-X; Valkov and Others v. Bulgaria, nos.The deprivation of the entirety of a pension is likely to breach the said provision (see for example, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX, and Apostolakis v. Greece, no. 39574/07, 22 October 2009); conversely, minimal reductions to a pension or related benefits are likely not to do so (see, among many other authorities, Valkov and Others, cited above; Arras and Others v. Italy, no. 17972/07, 14 February 2012; Poulain v. France (dec.), no. 52273/08, 8 February 2011; Lenz v. Germany (dec.), no. 40862/98, ECHR 2001-X; and Jankovic v. Croatia (dec.), no. 43440/98, ECHR 2000-X).

KOUFAKI ET ADEDY c. GRÈCE
The Court considers that the restrictions introduced by the impugned legislation should not be considered as a "deprivation of possessions" as the applicants claim, but rather as interference with the right to the peaceful enjoyment of possessions for the purposes of the first sentence of the first paragraph of Article 1 of Protocol No. 1 (see Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 40, ECHR 2004-IX; Wieczorek, cited above, § 61; and Valkov and Others, cited above, § 88; see also, mutatis mutandis, Maurice v. France [GC], no. 11810/03, §§ 67-71 and § 79, ECHR 2005-IX; Draon v. France [GC], no. 1513/03, §§ 70-72, 6 October 2005; and Hasani v. Croatia (dec.), no. 20844/09, 30 September 2010). - EGMR, 15.09.2009 - 10373/05
MOSKAL v. POLAND
The Court observes that in the instant case the Government did not justify the measure in question by the need to make savings in the interests of the social security fund (unlike in Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 43, ECHR 2004-IX). - EGMR, 10.02.2015 - 53080/13
BÉLÁNÉ NAGY v. HUNGARY
Nor does it guarantee, as such, any right to a pension of a particular amount (see, for example, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 39, ECHR 2004-IX). - EGMR, 01.09.2015 - 13341/14
DA SILVA CARVALHO RICO v. PORTUGAL
Nor does it guarantee, as such, any right to a pension of a particular amount (see, for example, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 19, ECHR 2004-IX). - EGMR, 15.10.2013 - 23658/07
CASACCHIA AND OTHERS v. ITALY
Thus, the Court considers that the applicants were obliged to endure a reasonable and commensurate reduction, rather than the total deprivation of their entitlements (see, conversely, Kjartan Ásmundsson v. Iceland, no. 60669/00, § 45, ECHR 2004-IX). - EGMR, 08.10.2013 - 62235/12
