HEBAT ASLAN ET FIRAS ASLAN c. TURQUIE
- EGMR, 29.03.2006 - 64705/01
GIUSEPPE MOSTACCIUOLO v. ITALY (No. 1)
Slovaquie (déc.), no 67299/01, 10 octobre 2004). - EGMR, 29.03.2006 - 62361/00
RICCARDI PIZZATI c. ITALIE
Slovaquie (déc.), no 67299/01, 10 octobre 2004).
- EGMR, 20.03.2018 - 9342/16
KAYA ET AUTRES c. TURQUIE
Slovaquie (déc.), no 67299/01, 19 octobre 2004). - EGMR, 17.12.2009 - 20075/03
SHILBERGS v. RUSSIA
These include also the value of the award judged in the light of the ordinary living standards and the general level of incomes in the State concerned and the fact that the remedy in the national system is closer and more accessible than an application to the Court (see Scordino, cited above, §§ 206 and 268, and Dubjaková v. Slovakia (dec.), no. 67299/01, 19 October 2004, with further references). - EGMR, 02.12.2021 - 62998/16
LOURDJANE ET AUTRES c. FRANCE
Slovaquie (déc.), no 67299/01, 19 octobre 2004, et Cocchiarella, précité § 97). - EGMR, 07.02.2012 - 32440/08
GUT v. POLAND
The Court will have regard in this connection to the compatibility of the amount with its own awards in similar length of proceedings cases, bearing in mind the principles which it has developed for determining victim status and for assessing the amount of non-pecuniary compensation to be awarded where it has found a breach of the reasonable-time requirement (see Cocchiarella v. Italy [GC], no. 64886/01, §§ 85-107, ECHR 2006-...; Scordino v. Italy (no.1) [GC], no. 36813/97, §§ 193-215, ECHR-2006-...; and Dubjakova v. Slovakia (dec.), no. 67299/01, 10 October 2004). - EGMR, 11.10.2011 - 4551/10
POSTEK v. POLAND
The Court will have regard in this connection to the compatibility of the amount with its own awards in similar length of proceedings cases, bearing in mind the principles which it has developed for determining victim status and for assessing the amount of non-pecuniary compensation to be awarded where it has found a breach of the reasonable time requirement (see Cocchiarella v. Italy [GC], no. 64886/01, §§ 85-107, ECHR 2006-V; Scordino v. Italy (no.1) [GC], no. 36813/97, §§ 193-215, ECHR-2006-V; and Dubjakova v. Slovakia (dec.), no. 67299/01, 10 October 2004). - EGMR, 10.02.2011 - 4473/02
ILIEV AND OTHERS v. BULGARIA
As to the amount of the non-pecuniary damages awarded, the Court reiterates that compensation which is lower than that awarded by the Court may nevertheless be considered reasonable, provided that the relevant decision of the domestic courts is consonant with the legal tradition and standard of living in the country concerned and is speedy, reasoned and executed quickly (see Scordino v. Italy (no. 1) [GC], no. 36813/97, §§ 189 and 206, ECHR 2006-V, and Dubjakova v. Slovakia (dec.), no. 67299/01, 19 October 2004). - EGMR, 18.01.2011 - 32440/08
