Lithuania, no. 44558/98, § 102, ECHR 2001-VIII, and Kudla v. Poland [GC], no. 30210/96, § 94, ECHR 2000-XI).

    TOMA BARBU v. ROMANIA

    Auszug aus EGMR, 04.11.2014 - 36513/12
The Court has frequently found a violation of Article 3 of the Convention on account of the lack of personal space afforded to detainees and other unsatisfactory conditions (see for example Toma Barbu v. Romania, no. 19730/10, § 66, 30 July 2013).

    ALEXANDRU ENACHE c. ROUMANIE

Roumanie, no 36513/12, § 60, 4 novembre 2014).
  • EGMR, 21.04.2015 - 18616/13

    TODIREASA v. ROMANIA

The Court has frequently found a violation of Article 3 of the Convention on account of lack of personal space afforded to prisoners and unsatisfactory sanitary conditions in the prisons in question in the current case (see Enasoaie v. MICU c. ROUMANIE

Pologne [GC], no 30210/96, § 94, CEDH 2000-XI et Enăşoaie c. Roumanie, no 36513/12, § 46, 4 novembre 2014).
  • EGMR, 13.10.2015 - 77638/12

    MANEA c. ROUMANIE

Roumanie, no 46546/12, § 57, 1er juillet 2014, et Enăşoaie c. Roumanie, no 36513/12, § 50, 4 novembre 2014).
