Serbia, no. 48155/06, § 75, 7 June 2011, and Vasiliy Ivashchenko v. Ukraine, no. 760/03, § 115, 26 July 2012).

ANNAGI HAJIBEYLI v. AZERBAIJAN
Auszug aus EGMR, 13.12.2018 - 66650/13
In this context, "any form of pressure" includes not only direct coercion and flagrant acts of intimidation, but also other improper indirect acts or communication designed to dissuade or discourage applicants from pursuing a Convention complaint or having a "chilling effect" on the exercise of the right of individual application by applicants and their representatives (see Annagi Hajibeyli v. Azerbaijan, no. 2204/11, § 66, 22 October 2015, and Hilal Mammadov v. Azerbaijan, no. 81553/12, § 116, 4 February 2016). - EGMR, 04.02.2016 - 81553/12

France, no 62740/00, § 71, 31 mars 2005, et Sud Est Réalisations c. France (déc.), no 13829/03, 3 juillet 2007).
- EGMR, 18.12.1986 - 9697/82
France, 20 février 1991, § 27, série A no 198, Johnston et autres c. Irlande, 18 décembre 1986, § 45, série A no 112, et Veysel Şahin c. Turquie, no 4631/05, § 21, 27 septembre 2011). - EGMR, 29.04.1999 - 25642/94
Anforderungen an die unverzügliche Vorführung der festgenommenen Person i.S.d. …
Malte [GC], no 25642/94, § 39, CEDH 1999-III).

France (déc.), no 23516/08, 12 octobre 2010). - EGMR, 27.09.2011 - 4631/05
VEYSEL SAHIN c. TURQUIE
France, 20 février 1991, § 27, série A no 198, Johnston et autres c. SUD EST REALISATIONS AGAINST FRANCE
France, no 62740/00, § 71, 31 mars 2005, et Sud Est Réalisations c. France, no 6722/05, § 59, 2 décembre 2010).
- EGMR, 18.07.2023 - 49255/22
CAMARA c. BELGIQUE
Moldova, no 49806/99, § 53, CEDH 2004-III (extraits), Cocchiarella c. Italie [GC], no 64886/01, § 90, CEDH 2006-V, Tchokontio Happi c. France, no 65829/12, § 50, 9 avril 2015, Casa di Cura Valle Fiorita S.r.l. c. Italie, no 67944/13, § 54, 13 décembre 2018, et M.K. et autres, précité, § 153). - EGMR, 14.10.2021 - 38100/15
ZIBRAT v. CROATIA
The Court sees no reason to hold otherwise as it has itself frequently found violations of Article 6 § 1 of the Convention in cases raising similar issues as the present one (see, for example, Cvijetić v. Croatia, no. 71549/01, §§ 32-37 and 40-43, 26 February 2004; Pibernik v. Croatia, no. 75139/01, §§ 48-50 and 56-60, 4 March 2004, and Casa di Cura Valle Fiorita S.r.l. v. Italy, no. 67944/13, §§ 46-54, 13 December 2018). - EGMR, 11.06.2026 - 24104/20
INDUSTRIALI COSTRUZIONI MECCANICHE TOR CERVARA S.R.L. c. ITALIE
Italie, no 67944/13, § 33, 13 décembre 2018). - EGMR, 03.12.2020 - 12929/18
PAPACHELA ET AMAZON S.A. c.
